Job Description

A consultancy firm based in Finland is seeking qualified Non-Key Experts for a significant project involving procurement of technical assistance for the EU Delegation to the Philippines. Candidates should have a degree in relevant fields and experience in value chain analysis and innovation programs. Strong command of English is necessary. This role is short-term and on-demand during project implementation, expected to start in June 2026.
