Role Brief:
At IDfy, we work with some of the largest enterprises in the country — where the difference between potential and realized value can run into crores .
The Solution Consultant- Enterprise Value role exists to close that gap.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role focused on diagnosing why a customer isn’t scaling to their true potential and driving solutions that unlock measurable business value. If an account has a ₹1 Cr MRR potential but hasn’t reached it, this role owns the question of why — and what needs to change.
You’ll think deeply from the customer and end-user perspective , translate ambiguity into clarity, and work closely with Sales, Product, Tech, and CX to convert opportunity into reality.
This is not sales, support, or delivery.
This is a value creation role .
Here’s what your day would look like...
Driving Post–Go-Live Adoption & Expansion Partnering with Sales, Customer Experience, and Product teams across the Lead-to-Cash journey Owning the adoption and value realization agenda for high-potential enterprise customers post go-live Acting as a strategic advisor to ensure customers move from initial implementation → scaled usage → realized outcomes Deep Customer & Usage Diagnostics
Conducting structured deep-dives into enterprise accounts to assess:
Current usage vs. potential usage Intended outcomes vs. realized outcomes Asking hard, diagnostic questions such as:
Why hasn’t this account scaled?
What’s blocking adoption—product fit, workflows, incentives, or decision-making?
Where is value leaking across the customer lifecycle? Identifying & Quantifying Value Gaps
Mapping gaps across:
Product usage and configuration
Workflow and system integration
Commercial constructs and pricing levers
Internal customer constraints (process, ownership, risk appetite)=
Quantifying missed or delayed value (e.g., unrealized MRR, stalled use cases, deferred rollouts) Solutioning & Internal Alignment Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, CX, and Legal to: Design practical, scalable solutions tailored to customer context
Drive internal alignment on what needs to change —product, process, or commercial
Translating customer realities into clear, actionable inputs for internal teams Executive Communication & Influence Crafting and presenting clear, structured narratives to: Internal leadership and CXOs
Senior customer stakeholders
Helping stakeholders connect product capabilities to business risk reduction, compliance outcomes, and growth
Building for Scale Creating repeatable frameworks and playbooks for: Value discovery
Adoption diagnostics
Expansion and opportunity identification
Ensuring insights and approaches scale across accounts, teams, and geographies
