**What you'll do**



**Deal support**



Lead customer engagements to assess strategic objectives, operational challenges and pain points, identify key improvement opportunities, conduct benchmarking and produce a high quality business cases, and present executive-level justification for change



Develop quantitative business cases: based on either outside-in financial analysis or customers inputs
