Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Value Stream Leader.
**What you’ll do**:
**Job Summary**
The position is responsible for providing leadership to ensure the deliverables of a value stream are met and improved.
The Value Stream leader is in charge of a group of product families that have similar manufacturing flow and processes. He will be accountable for the performance of the Value Stream in term of service and cost. He will have also the responsibility to identify opportunities to eliminate waste and reduce cost.
The Value Stream Leader works closely with the function leaders to support his action.
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
- Assure every day delivery to customers on time at the highest standard of quality,
- Uses explicitly defined visual processes to track and follow up assignments and take appropriate corrective action.
