MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Value Stream Lean Expert to join our team.

The Role
As a Value Stream Lean Expert your primary responsibilities will include collecting, organizing, and interpreting data to help guide decision-making processes.

Your Key Tasks Will Be

• Plan Kaizen Event to achieve defined Lean objectives and deadlines
• Monitor & control Lean results and action effectiveness
• Implement actions, especially coaching, monitoring, improve operations consistency and standard delivery level
• Develop Lean Transformation Plan (Projects in Transformation, KPIs' targets, Personnel skills, Suppliers Involvement)
