Value Stream Manager

Located in a city celebrated for its stunning beaches, vibrant culture, and excellent quality of life, we are seeking a dedicated professional to lead operations and drive continuous improvement in our plant value streams.

As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation of one or more plant value streams. Under the direction of the Value Stream Manager, you will implement Lean systems and the Win Strategy to ensure a safe work environment, enhance quality, and provide premier customer service. Your role will focus on developing a qualified workforce, reducing operating costs, inventories, and lead times through continuous improvements. You will oversee day-to-day activities to meet daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual expectations and will be responsible for leading associates, making employment decisions, and conducting performance assessments.
