Legrand has an exciting opportunity for aValue Stream Managerto join theLNA Corporate Teamin Union, OH.This position is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating production floor activities with in the value stream, ensuring that customer expectations, quality objectives, productivity, and cost savings goals are met while providing a safe work environment for employees. The position will provide direct leadership to engineers, planning, buyers, department supervisors, team leaders, and support production employees.

+ Ensure that a current state value stream map is created of the end-to-end value stream(s).
+ Conducting fact-based analysis of the current state map.
+ Preparing an ideal state map showing what the value stream could look like in the long term.
