As the Value Stream & Operational Excellence Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Operations and GMS (Global Manufacturing Systems) teams, and you will play a crucial role in developing and executing operations and continues improvement initiatives that align with the Tijuana Site business objectives. You will lead the Service Value Stream and GMS local team reporting in solid line to the General Manager and supporting the GMS Corporate function. Hence, this role requires broad experience from various disciplines of Operations combined with a strong knowledge of lean practices to drive business improvements. You will be an active part of the Site Management team and active member of the Global GMS Forum
