Van Driver, PCH (Puchong)

We are currently seeking a Van Driver to join DHL eCommerce Malaysia!

The Van Driver will be responsible to sort and deliver shipments for a specific courier route, in the most efficient and cost-productive manner, while providing a professional interface and image to customers and the general public.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Customer Management
  • Attend to customer need at all times in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
  • Shipment delivery is to meet RDD.
  • Provide timely customer feedback to Supervisor.
  • Follow up on all customer enquiries.
  • Direct customers to the right DHL department when further information is required.
  • Inform Supervisors on all service related issues.
  • Be accountable and honest and meet performance expectations.
  • Provide suggestions to improve operation efficiencies or business needs.
