How You Will Make a Difference
Assist inmaximizing andachievingstore salesand goals by monitoringsales progress & results against key targets.
Foster a consumer centric mindsetand aninclusive store environment, while modelingselling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
Assistin providing direct feedback,coaching and supervision of the associates.
Regularly interact withconsumerswithin the store, providinga high levelof customer service.
Provide actional feedback to store associates andadhere to policies, proceduresand practices that align with company directives.
Skills for Success
1year ofrelatedprofessionalretailexperienceispreferred but notrequired
Proven communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
Team leadership skillswithin the storeandthe abilityto be flexible in afast-pacedenvironment.
You must also have a completed Sales Associate Onboarding & Developing plan.
A formal education andsubsequentundergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
