The Role:As the Store Manager at VANS Spencer St . Your focus will be on driving sales and KPIs, coaching and mentoring the team, and delivering world-class customer service. You'll play a key role in creating a fun and energetic store culture, while developing your leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-impact retail environment.
The role & responsibilities:- Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver outstanding results in sales and customer experience
