The Role:

As the Store Manager at VANS Warringah Mall . Your focus will be on driving sales and KPIs, coaching and mentoring the team, and delivering world-class customer service. You'll play a key role in creating a fun and energetic store culture, while developing your leadership skills in a fast-paced, high-impact retail environment.

The role & responsibilities:

• Drive store performance by achieving sales targets, KPIs, and maintaining visual merchandising standards
