Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Varicent ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) solutions.
  • Design and develop compensation models, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • Provide ongoing support and enhancements post go-live.
