Job Requirements:

  • At least College Graduate (any related course)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Willing to learn and work with different teams

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support Value-Added Services (VAS) operations
  • Handle daily VAS-related activities and documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners/vendors
  • Monitor VAS performance and assist in preparing reports
  • Assist in the implementation of VAS programs, projects, and promotions
  • Respond to inquiries related to VAS services
  • Perform administrative and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
