Job Requirements:
- At least College Graduate (any related course)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Willing to learn and work with different teams
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and support Value-Added Services (VAS) operations
- Handle daily VAS-related activities and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners/vendors
- Monitor VAS performance and assist in preparing reports
- Assist in the implementation of VAS programs, projects, and promotions
- Respond to inquiries related to VAS services
- Perform administrative and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
