Support productivity projects, VAVE activities, desing engineering and problem solving activities on the assigned product platforms. Support productivity projects as an integral part of manufacturing, quality, product management, ORT and project engineers. - Responsible for evaluating VA/VE changes on existing product related to design, manufacturing, quality deficiencies and performance issues and develop creative solutions. - Support improvement of current designs by reducing cost, improving producibility, quality, testability, increasing robustness and improving reliability. - Create Product Engineering Changes, and track them to release by providing support during qualification and implementation process. - Support VAVE workshops, facilitate brain storming sessions & support workshop report generation on the identified product lines. - Support on hit the VA/VE productivity goal by identifying opportunities for cost reduction on direct mat...
