Lead Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) projects aimed at identifying cost-saving opportunities across product lines while maintaining or enhancing product quality. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, regulatory, manufacturing, and quality to identify, prioritize, and execute VAVE initiatives. Utilize project management best practices to develop comprehensive project plans, establish timelines, allocate resources, and track progress towards cost-saving targets. Conduct thorough analyses of product designs, manufacturing processes, and supply chain operations to identify opportunities for cost optimization. Drive continuous improvement efforts by implementing lean methodologies, process optimizations to achieve cost reduction targets.
