We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with strong technical expertise across Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, scripting languages (Perl, Shell, Batch), Control-M, and Linux/Windows environments to support a major database upgrade and modernization program for Risk Technology platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead SQL Server upgrade initiatives including schema conversion, data migration, and stored procedure refactoring.
  • Review and enhance .NET applications to ensure compatibility with upgraded SQL Server environments.
  • Analyze database structures, deprecated features, and compatibility risks; propose mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare architectural diagrams and conduct technical walkthroughs with senior stakeholders.
