Responsibilities:

Responsible for detecting project design problems, conducting visual and technical inspections with the client, implementing actions to minimize losses and eliminate the root causes;

Monitor customer assessments on the specific portal by analyzing records to define countermeasures, reviewing the process flow and holding meetings with the departments involved to ensure that the issue is solved as quickly as possible;

Responsible for the evaluation reports of new products or changes, meeting with Product Engineering and Sales areas and the final customer to align potential corrective actions or process validation, ensuring customer satisfaction;

Support the quality activities related to manufactured products, providing training and guidance to the production team, in order to maintain the company’s quality standards;
