Role : VDI Automation Location : Mexico ( Guadalajara , Queretaro, Monterrey, CDMX ) Years of Experience : 4 Years Key Responsibilities • Develop, maintain, and enhance automation processes using PowerShell. • Manage and query databases using SQL for reporting and analytics. • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI. • Collaborate with teams to understand automation requirements and translate them into actionable solutions. • Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements through automation. • Support in areas such as Citrix, Firewall/Networking, VMware, and Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) when needed. • Work cross-functionally to ensure that automation solutions align with business needs.
