Join our team of digital transformation leaders in Life Sciences. As a Veeva CRM Senior Developer, you will lead the end‑to‑end technical delivery within the Veeva CRM ecosystem for global Pharma and Biotech clients, designing and implementing scalable solutions that enhance commercial effectiveness and regulated communication.

• Configure and customize Veeva CRM (Accounts, Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Events Management, Veeva Align).
• Develop integrations with external systems (Salesforce, ERP, Data Warehouses, Marketing Automation).
• Collaborate with analysts and architects to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Execute GxP / 21 CFR Part 11 validations and documentation.
• Troubleshoot configuration, performance, and data issues.
• Contribute to DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated deployments).

• Expert in Veeva CRM modules: Call Reporting, CLM, Approved Email, Events Management, Veeva Align, Veeva Network.
• Advanced configuration and personalization (objects, workflows, roles, permissions).
• Experience with Veeva Data Loader, integrations and mobile optimization.
• Strong knowledge of GxP compliance and validation.
• Experience in Pharma/Biotech business processes (Commercial, Medical Affairs, Marketing).
• Agile methodologies and technical frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with global teams.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM and integrations.
• Familiarity with middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, Informatica).
• Identity management (SSO, OAuth).
• Analytics and reporting (CRM Analytics, Veeva Align dashboards).
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD.

• Veeva CRM Administrator/Developer (preferred).
• Salesforce (desirable).
