1. Job Title : Sr.Product Configurator(ISG) 2. Job Summary : The Sr. Product Configurator for ISG will play a crucial role in configuring and optimizing Veeva Vault for CTMS applications. Responsibilities : - Lead the configuration and optimization of Veeva Vault for CTMS applications to ensure seamless integration and functionality. - Oversee the development and implementation of data models to enhance system performance and user experience. - Provide technical expertise and guidance in the use of Veeva Vault ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues improving overall efficiency and effectiveness. - Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system enhancements and modifications. - Design and implement solutions that meet business needs while aligning with company objectives and strategic goals. - Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality and user satisfaction. - Ensure all configurations are documented and maintained for future reference and compliance purposes. - Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate team members on system capabilities and best practices. - Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities and drive innovation within the organization. - Support the development of project plans and timelines ensuring timely delivery of system enhancements and updates. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and system performance. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and systems to support the companys mission and impact on society. Qualifications - - Possess extensive experience in configuring and optimizing Veeva Vault for CTMS applications. - Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing data models to enhance system performance. - Exhibit strong analytical skills to translate user requirements into technical specifications. - Show capability in collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve system issues. - Have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices for system configuration. - Display excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders. - Present a proactive approach to evaluating new technologies for system enhancement. 9.
