Manager-Level Veeva Support Analyst for SF/Veeva project based out in Japan having expertise in Veeva CRM (built on Salesforce) and strong other skills in Veeva configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OwnBackup, and OwnBackup Archiver. This role is focused on L2/L3 support, configuration and minor customizations, environment management, and data backup/archival operations to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable Veeva CRM operations for commercial teams.
