Position: Veeva Vault Regulatory (RIM) Architect

Location: India, EU (Remote)

Duration of contract: 6 months

Must Haves:

10–12 years of experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare

Minimum 5 years of hands-on Veeva Vault configuration, with strong experience in Vault Regulatory

Deep understanding of Vault regulatory architecture and integrations with external applications

Proven ability to design solutions, define system boundaries, and guide what is or isn’t feasible in Vault

Strong knowledge of GxP, validation processes, and release management

Experience running Regulatory Vault projects end-to-end.

Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Experience with Jira and ALM tools.

Veeva Vault Admin Certification.

Solid understanding of Azure cloud services.

Plusses:

Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting
