Vehicle Booking System (VBS) Coordinator

DP World Brisbane is currently seeking a Vehicle Booking System Coordinator based at our Fisherman's Island Container Port Terminal. This role is a rostered shift working role with 4 shifts on (2 days, 2 nights) and then 4 shifts off and provides 24 hour, 7 day per week assistance to the Transport operators who service our Brisbane Container Terminal with road based container transfer services. The role requires full Australian Citizenship, MSIC and Australian Government Security clearances.

The successful candidate should have extensive experience coordinating logistics container truck movements and be familiar with the proprietary 1-Stop system used in Ports, Import/Export and Container park operations. Candidates must have excellent Microsoft Office suite skills, be self disciplined and self motivated to achieve excellent standards of Customer Care.
