Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Maintenance Superintendent** to join our vehicle sustainment team in **Kadena AB, Japan** . The selected candidate will provide cradle-to-grave maintenance and logistics support to multiple families of U.S. Air Force War Reserve Materiel (WRM) and Rapid Airfield Damage Recovery (RADR) vehicles and equipment postured within the Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) area of operations on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Oversees all ground vehicle and equipment maintenance operations, scheduling, repairs, logistics and record-keeping using specialized systems.
+ Leads, manages and assigns work orders to as required to maintenance technicians.
+ Prepares work schedules to ensure efficient operations and maintains knowledge of processes and equipment provides timely and accurate reporting to program leadership.
