The Role

As a Vehicle Paint Sprayer , you will be responsible for preparing and refinishing vehicles to a high standard, ensuring accurate colour matching and a quality finish in line with company and customer expectations. This is a hands-on role within a professional bodyshop environment, where attention to detail and consistency are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare vehicles for painting, including masking, sanding, and surface preparation
  • Mix and apply paint using the appropriate spraying techniques to achieve a high-quality finish
  • Ensure colour accuracy and consistency across all work completed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paint products, materials, and spraying methods, attending training where required
  • Use all safety equipment correctly and follow health and safety procedures at all times
