Vehicle Registration Specialist

GSM is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Registration Specialist to join our Taxi Operations Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all regulatory procedures related to vehicle registration, inspection, and legal documentation. This role ensures compliance with all government requirements and contributes to the efficient deployment of our taxi fleet.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on vehicle registration, inspection (technical check), and taxi permit applications at relevant government authorities (Traffic Police, Department of Transport, Vehicle Registration Centers, etc.).
• Coordinate with vehicle inspection partners, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all paperwork.
• Manage vehicle-related data, including registration status, inspection schedules, permit expiration dates, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Operations, Legal, and Insurance to complete all required procedures.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to vehicle registration and commercial transport.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff or new team members on procedural workflows and document handling.

REQUIREMENTS:

• College degree or higher in Administration, Law, Transport Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle registration, administrative work, logistics, or transport-related legal procedures.
• Solid understanding of processes involving government agencies, with hands-on experience submitting documents and handling field tasks.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
• Willingness to travel frequently to vehicle registration offices, inspection stations, and transport departments.
