We are looking for a: Fatigue Engineer

Responsabilities
The Fatigue engineer must have working knowledge of fatigue and damage tolerance approach for aeronautics structures, fatigue of material, fracture mechanics, load spectra definition and generation, structural analysis, FE modelling.
Main Activities:
Definition of load spectra (hand calculation and specialistic tools)Fatigue analysis of metallic structuresCrack propagation analysis of metallic structureDefinition of test requirementsEngineering evaluation of test resultsSupport for structural repair of damaged structureStructural Health MonitoringMain Outputs:
Analysis technical reportFatigue analysis results (Fatigue Margins, Fatigue damage calculation, Fatigue Life)Crack growth analysis and Inspection task definitionRequest for Test documentEngineering evaluation of test resultsFleet monitoring report (SHM analysis data)Main Interfaces
The Fatigue Engineer will work closely with various internal groups to guide the aircraft design from structural perspective: Loads, Stress, Design, Labs, Material & Processes, etc.Education: Master’s degree in Engineering

Experience with Fatigue of material, FEM, LEFM modeling software (i.e. NASGRO), Load Spectra generation;Computer programming skills, with experience in MATLAB and Python;Experience with testing standards, instrumentation;Attitudes:
