We are hiring a Vendor Management Executive to manage and support the end-to-end subcontract recruitment lifecycle. This role involves close coordination with staffing vendors, recruitment consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely fulfillment of requirements and smooth onboarding of candidates.
This position is ideal for candidates with early exposure to recruitment, vendor coordination, or staffing operations, who are looking to build a career in vendor and partner management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end subcontract recruitment process through staffing vendors
- Coordinate with vendors and recruitment consultants for active requirements
- Share job requirements, follow up on submissions, and track candidate progress
- Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and onboard new partners as required
- Support candidate onboarding, documentation, and compliance activities
- Track engagements, closures, and vendor performance metrics
- Maintain accurate recruitment and vendor records in internal trackers
- Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Basic understanding of recruitment or staffing processes
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Good verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and priorities
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Profile:
- 6 months experience in recruitment coordination / vendor management / staffing operations
- Exposure to subcontract or vendor-based hiring is an advantage
- Candidates comfortable working from office in Pune
Compensation:
- CTC: ₹3 LPA + Other Benefits
