Hiring Alert: Vendor Manager
Position: Vendor Manager (Interior Fitout Industry)
Location: Dahisar East.
Experience Required: 5 to 10 years in Vendor Management in Interior Fitout Industry
Key Responsibilities: The person in this position finds qualified vendors to meet the company’s needs and negotiates contracts for services and/or supplies. They are also responsible for quality control and timely delivery of resources.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key vendors.
- Sourcing & Negotiation: Research potential vendors, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure optimal value.
- Performance Monitoring: Track vendor performance against SLAs (Service Level Agreements.
- Contract & Compliance: Manage vendor contracts, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with vendor relationships (financial, operational, reputational).
- Issue Resolution: Mediate and resolve conflicts or disputes between vendors and internal teams.
- Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights to senior management on vendor performance and spending.
Qualifications: A Graduate or Equivalent degree.

- Experience: Proven background in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, trends, and performance metrics.
- Negotiation & Communication: Excellent skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and clear communication.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align vendor strategy with overall business objectives.
