**Primary Function**
The Vendor Operations Manager supports the Enterprise Marketing Organization by managing key components of the third-party vendor portfolio. This role serves as the operational link between internal marketing teams and external vendors, ensuring compliance, effective communication, and the successful execution of vendor engagements. The coordinator will help to optimize vendor relationships, streamline processes, and support governance routines to reduce risk and enhance marketing operations.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
Oversee assigned areas of Enterprise Marketing's Third-Party Portfolio
Support Third Party Engagement Managers (TPEMS) with contract management, data transmission, issue remediation, and education
Identify opportunities to optimize the vendor portfolio, eliminate duplication, and streamline processes using data-driven recommendations
