Overview
- To manage and ensure all received/ released samples from vendors are properly documented.
- To be able to answer the queries regarding Sampling Process
Responsibilities
- Account all samples received/released are properly documented.
- Validates data vs actual goods provided by the vendor and/ or merchandising.
- To be able answers inquiries raised by the vendor and/or merchandising.
- To ensure no/minimal complains from both internal & external customer.
- Timely preparation and submission of required reports. (Scrapping, Donation, ID’s).
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any relevant field.
- At least 1-year experience in Customer Service.
- At least 1-year experience in retail and or related industry.
- Focus and details oriented with good customer service skills.
