Overview

  • To manage and ensure all received/ released samples from vendors are properly documented.
  • To be able to answer the queries regarding Sampling Process

Responsibilities

  • Account all samples received/released are properly documented.
  • Validates data vs actual goods provided by the vendor and/ or merchandising.
  • To be able answers inquiries raised by the vendor and/or merchandising.
  • To ensure no/minimal complains from both internal & external customer.
  • Timely preparation and submission of required reports. (Scrapping, Donation, ID’s).

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any relevant field.
  • At least 1-year experience in Customer Service.
  • At least 1-year experience in retail and or related industry.
  • Focus and details oriented with good customer service skills.
