Job Overview

We are looking for a Vendor Specialist to manage vendor accreditation, procurement, and contract administration for marketing, branding, and out-of-home (OOH) services. This role ensures that vendors meet compliance standards, contracts are commercially sound, and vendor performance aligns with business and ethical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Accreditation, Sourcing & Evaluation

• Identify and source qualified vendors for marketing, branding, OOH, and related services
• Facilitate vendor pre-accreditation and due diligence, including compliance checks, license validation, and related-party disclosures
• Maintain and regularly update the accredited vendor master list

Procurement & Contract Management

• Manage procurement activities, including vendor canvassing and bid evaluations
