A leading economic development agency in Ottawa is seeking a Manager for Venture Programs Initiatives to oversee technology startup support programs. Responsibilities include managing paid and volunteer advisors, coordinating workshops and peer groups, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess over 5 years of program management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. This position is onsite at Bayview Yards for a minimum of 10 days a month.
