This is not a bar manager role. This is a leadership position for a commercially-minded operator. You will take responsibility for the commercial and experiential performance of Fandango, focusing on doing the right things, repeatedly, and finishing what you start.

Because Fandango sits within a larger group, you are freed from group-level compliance and advertising requirements. Your mission is singular: Lead the room, lead the team, and lead the growth.
