Phat Brew Club is a WA-owned independent brewery and hospitality venue based in West Perth. In 2025, we were proud to be named Best Brewery at the Gold Plate Awards . Due to an internal promotion, we’re now looking for a Venue Leader to help lead our Venue Experience team and deliver consistently high-quality service on the floor.

This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on people, service, and guest experience, reporting directly to the Head of Venue Experience & Operations .

• Rostering of the Venue Experience Team (West Perth) to ensure suitable coverage and maintaining within agreed wage %
• Manage all stock ordering and control, keeping inventory within reasonable limits to ensure sufficient amounts are always on hand
• Oversee management and maintenance of all menu items and POS products within Restoke and Square
