Role Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned logistics expert to join our team as a Venue Logistics Coordinator. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations at the match venue during FIFA World Cup 26 (FWC26).

  • You will drive the implementation and execution of the Master Delivery Schedule (MDS) in close collaboration with departments and logistics vendors.
  • Oversight of product-specific gifting inventory receipt, storage, and organization is also part of your responsibilities.
As an ideal candidate, you have 5+ years of experience in large-scale sports or live events logistics. Your expertise includes managing delivery schedules, storage compounds, vendor/contractor coordination, logistics systems control (e.g., inventory management) , vehicle flow management,
  (resolved through timely interventions & decisions making).
