Logistics Venue Manager Job Opportunity

As a Logistics Venue Manager, you will be at the forefront of operations for large-scale events. Your responsibilities include coordinating stock flow, overseeing On Location services and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.



  • Drive implementation and execution of Master Delivery Schedule in collaboration with departments and logistics vendors

  • Oversee receipt, storage and organization of product-specific gifting inventory

  • Partner with Guest Experience Functional Areas to move requested stock from storage to designated areas

  • Monitor inventory across logistics compounds and venue storage facilities

  • Guarantee safe efficient timely flow of goods throughout the venue
