The Berwick Bar & Kitchen is a modern Australian bar and kitchen as part of Baillie Hill, East Victoria Park’s newest hospitality destination. Designed as a welcoming neighbourhood venue with a strong focus on quality food, thoughtful drinks, and genuine hospitality, The Berwick will be a cornerstone venue within the precinct.
We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Venue Manager to join our leadership team for an immediate start. This is a rare opportunity to step into a brand‑new venue at opening and take real ownership from day one.
The Role
As Venue Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day‑to‑day operations and guest experience at The Berwick Bar & Kitchen. You will:
