Venue Manager | Patterson Lakes

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Full Time Venue Manager to join the PLG team at The Cove Hotel in Patterson Lakes. The successful candidate will have strong leadership capabilities and expert knowledge of current gaming legislation and compliance requirements.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the venue with an emphasis on customer service where you will lead and coach your team, hit all gaming revenue targets including loyalty KPIs, compliance and back-of-house reporting.

The Cove Hotel is a premier dining and entertainment venue offering one of the most spectacular water views right on the marina in Patterson Lakes. The bistro offers contemporary casual dining in a relaxed setting; catering to both the traditional indoor style seating, by the fireplace and an enclosed deck area capturing the view of the marina.
