Verification Supervisor, Call Centre

Office: Novena

Contract Duration: 6 months

Working Days and Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30am to 6:00pm

Lead a team of Verification Officers to achieve results in getting the desired number of

verifying data from the respondents

• Handle any complaints referred by the Verification Officer

• Verify data and amend query checks to ensure quality of data

• Conduct training for teammates to ensure effective execution

• Setting daily targets and goals to meet the desired deadline Communicate effectively with

teammates and ensure everyone has a common goal to achieve team results

• Outbound call to respondent for verification of data

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.

• Must have relevant experience with proven record in supervisory role

• Must be able to commit till project completion

• Experience with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
