  • Updating paperwork, and maintaining documents.
  • Serve Tea and Coffee to Staff.
  • Clean office kitchen on daily basis
  • Handle incoming calls and other communications.
  • Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office.
  • Helping coworkers with administrative duties.
  • Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities.
