Rôles et responsabilités

As part of the Internal Audit Team of One Bourbon Team, you will be in charge of:

  • Performing ISM/ISPS/MLC internal audits as per plan 
  • Leading the monitoring of the corrective actions porposed by the vessel manager 
  • Contributing to OVID preparation and closure of operational action plan
  • Contributing to risk mapping of BOURBON Fleet 
  • Harmonizong the levels of all vessels and support crew to improve on weaknessses identified
  • Being the reference officer: check application of HSE procedures, identify the gaps, train crew, supervise safety drills, etc...

    • The job will be a flying position, unscheduled vessel visits may be required as a result of unpredictable HSE events on board, leading to an urgent need for investigation or safety training.


    Profil

    Your profile:

  • Master or Chief Officer
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the offshore industry as Deck/Bridge Officer and equivalent experience in HSE ou audits functions
  • Training/coaching exprience is a plus
