**As Vessel Manager, you will be a key operational link between ship and shore. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with crews to ensure safety and efficiency, and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.**
**You'll engage directly with crews, technical partners, and customers, while leading strategic management initiatives focused on optimizing operational efficiency and reducing environmental impact to support sustainable fleet performance.**
**Main Responsibilities**
Support vessels in day to day operations
Monitoring Vessel perfomance, including digital monitoring and physical vessel inspections.
Overview and support of vessel maintenance
Planning and follow-up of dry-dockings
Control and follow-up of all vessel certification
