Job Description: Veterinary Clinic Assistant
1. Carry out duties as a Veterinary Clinic Assistant as assigned by the Company, including but not limited to receptionist duties, pharmacy assistance, consultation support, and ward or neutering-related tasks.
2. Assist the Veterinary Doctor in medical treatments, procedures, and surgical operations, ensuring proper handling of animals and equipment.
3. Uphold and protect the reputation and professional image of the clinic at all times through ethical conduct and high standards of service.
4. Communicate with clients in a courteous, professional, and respectful manner, and promptly report any complaints or concerns to the Senior Veterinary (SV) or Assistant Veterinary Surgeon (ASV).
5. Ensure the clinic premises are consistently clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
