Responsibilities
- Ensure that all clinical pathology reporting and interpretations of laboratory submissions are performed and completed with a customer-centric approach.
- Ensure that all turnaround times are met, and that client support and satisfaction are guaranteed.
- Dealing with telephonic and digital messages in a timely and appropriate manner
- Interact with and support lab staff in day to day operations
