Externship Overview

An externship experience at Russell Equine Veterinary Service will give students the opportunity to gain great practical experience in an independent equine practice and understand the daily operations of an equine ambulatory practice.

Students will work alongside veterinarians and technicians to gain experience with preventative medicine, dentistry, lameness diagnosis and treatment, reproductive care, emergency care and minor surgery.
