We are welcoming an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician who wants to step into a lead technician role, working alongside and supporting the team, mentoring newer technicians, and helping the hospital run smoothly day to day. This is a full-time position with direct access to a supportive General Manager who values technician leadership and growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide leadership and support to a team of RVTs and ACAs with varying levels of experience,fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
