We’re always happy to connect with talented VFX Coordinators who are interested in joining our production team in Berlin.
The tasks:
Work closely with Producers, Leads, and Supervisors to manage schedules and workflows across departments, ensuring internal and external deadlines are metOrganize and support dailies, Cinesync sessions, rounds, and meetings – including note-taking and follow-up with artists and leadsTrack and manage client feedback and internal notes, ensuring updates are clearly communicated and logged in the production database dailySupport timely and accurate delivery of temp and final shots, in collaboration with the editorial team and client-side contactsMaintain clear, proactive communication with artists, supervisors, and other departments, escalating potential issues earlyManage incoming and outgoing client reference material and VFX platesHelp prioritize render farm usage and oversee data flow for smooth operationsCollaborate with support departments (IT, Editorial, etc.) to manage resources and resolve bottlenecksHelp create a positive team culture by being solution-oriented and fostering collaboration Ideally you will have:
Solid understanding of visual effects production workflows and terminology Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills Clear and professional communicator – both in person and via email or production tools Calm under pressure and capable of juggling shifting priorities and tight deadlines Positive and proactive attitude – you help maintain a great team dynamic Fluency in English, German is a plus Experience with production tools such as Excel, FileMaker, Shotgun, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus Location & Work Requirements:
