Job Description

We’re always happy to connect with talented VFX Coordinators who are interested in joining our production team in Berlin.


The tasks:

  • Work closely with Producers, Leads, and Supervisors to manage schedules and workflows across departments, ensuring internal and external deadlines are met

  • Organize and support dailies, Cinesync sessions, rounds, and meetings – including note-taking and follow-up with artists and leads

  • Track and manage client feedback and internal notes, ensuring updates are clearly communicated and logged in the production database daily

  • Support timely and accurate delivery of temp and final shots, in collaboration with the editorial team and client-side contacts

  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with artists, supervisors, and other departments, escalating potential issues early

  • Manage incoming and outgoing client reference material and VFX plates

  • Help prioritize render farm usage and oversee data flow for smooth operations

  • Collaborate with support departments (IT, Editorial, etc.) to manage resources and resolve bottlenecks

  • Help create a positive team culture by being solution-oriented and fostering collaboration
  • Ideally you will have:

  • Solid understanding of visual effects production workflows and terminology
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Clear and professional communicator – both in person and via email or production tools
  • Calm under pressure and capable of juggling shifting priorities and tight deadlines
  • Positive and proactive attitude – you help maintain a great team dynamic
  • Fluency in English, German is a plus
  • Experience with production tools such as Excel, FileMaker, Shotgun, or DaVinci Resolve is a plus
  • Location & Work Requirements:

  • On-site in Berlin, Germany

  • EU citizenship or a pre-existing German work permit required
