VICE COMMANDER, NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT

Summary This position is the Vice Commander, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Weapon Systems Support (WSS). The Vice Commander serves as the second in command and the senior civilian manager in WSS reporting directly to the Commander. WSS's mission is to provide Navy, Marine Corps, Joint and Allied Forces quality supplies and services in a timely basis. WSS is organized into three major business areas, Aviation, Maritime and International Programs Support, each led by a Deputy Commander. Responsibilities You will serve as the Vice Commander and chief civilian advisor to the Commander, WSS and Commander, NAVSUP on all matters under the cognizance of the WSS, providing professional and technical direction and oversight.
